As a buyer’s representative, I am asked from time to time about the costs of building a home in Prince Edward County, so this is the first in a series of posts on the different costs involved, starting with vacant land.
The table summarizes the data for all sales of vacant land without waterfront in Prince Edward County during 2015.
Some caution is in order because prices vary considerably, particularly when it comes to smaller building lots 2 acres and under.
Nevertheless, the median (average) numbers do provide an indication of price levels, particularly when compared to other jurisdictions.
